This Italian Garlic Dressing is one of our favorites! This simple homemade dressing infuses the awesome power of garlic giving it a ton of flavor without the sugar. The great thing about this is that it is more than a salad dressing, use it as a marinade too! Marinade some wings or chicken thighs 30 minutes before they hit the grill for a flavor bomb that will ensure your meat is tender and juicy. Toss a few pork chops in a bag with some of this dressing and let the vinegar and salt brine it up before you take it to the cast iron and seal in that flavor.

I used to think making dressing from scratch was a daunting task until I tried it for the first time. You would be surprised how easy it is to just throw everything together in a jar and shake it up. You’ll spend more time digging everything out of your pantry lol. However you decide to use it you and your family are sure to love this sugar free Italian Garlic Dressing & marinade.

Get Everything Ready

Be sure to round up all your ingredients to make the dressing prep a simple one. I like to add all the ingredients except the oil to a glass container (like this one) and give it a good shake. Once the sweetener is dissolved that’s when I add in the oil and shake it again. Feel free to make this in a blender or processor but I like to just mix it right in the bottle and shake it up, less cleanup that way! Store it in the fridge and you are ready to go.
