Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • ½ Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425℉
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Roll out into 5oz meatballs
  • Place 1 ball in-between two sheets of parchment paper
  • Press down gently to form a puck
  • Roll out crust to desired thickness
  • Bake crust on parchment/baking sheet 10-15 minutes
  • Transfer crust to wire rack on baking sheet (discard parchment)
  • bake an additional 8-10 minutes
  • Add desired sauce, cheese, and toppings, bake an additional 5 minutes longer
