Begin by heavily salting boiling water in a large stock pot.
Add 1 lb. Spaghetti and cook per package directions.

While the pasta cooks, heat 1/2 C Olive Oil on medium heat in medium sauté Pan

Add sliced 8 Cloves Garlic and stir being sure not to burn the garlic. After about a minute add in the 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper.

As the garlic begins to turn golden but not browned, add in the pasta straight from the stock pot.
1/2 C Pasta Water
Toss the pasta in the olive oil garlic mixture and add in 1/2 C Pasta Water a little bit at a time until it thickens into a sauce. If too dry add in a bit more pasta water. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
Plate immediately and garnish with freshly grated 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese and 2 Tbsp Parsley.
