- 1 28oz Can Crushed Tomato San Marzano Preferred
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Hunk Parmesan or Romano Cheese
- 1 Handful Fresh basil Chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Optional
Heat sauce pan over medium heat
Add tomato, oil, garlic, bay leaf, oregano, cheese, salt, and pepper(s)
Let simmer for 20 minutes
Add basil and simmer for 10 minutes longer
Serve over fresh pasta and enjoy!
