Ingredients

  • 1 28oz Can Crushed Tomato San Marzano Preferred
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Hunk Parmesan or Romano Cheese
  • 1 Handful Fresh basil Chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Optional

Instructions

  • Heat sauce pan over medium heat
  • Add tomato, oil, garlic, bay leaf, oregano, cheese, salt, and pepper(s)
  • Let simmer for 20 minutes
  • Add basil and simmer for 10 minutes longer
  • Serve over fresh pasta and enjoy!
