This is a healthier low carb chicken crust pizza that is sure to please even the pickiest eaters. Everyone loves pizza! The crust on this pizza is a meat based crust made of ground chicken and spices. Rolled out and baked until crispy this crust delivers the right amount of crunch while supporting your favorite toppings.

What You’ll Need
- Rolling pin
- Baking Sheet
- Wire rack
The Crust
Ingredients will include:
- 1lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Start by preheating an oven to 425’F and add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, form three 5oz balls with the meat mixture. Place single ball in-between two pieces of parchment paper and press down slightly to form a little puck. Take your rolling pin and roll out to desired thickness.
I usually roll these out pretty thin and try to get them as even and round as I can. Take the back of a spoon and push the edges back slightly if they get rolled out too thin. This will help keep the round shape that we are after.
Transfer the crust (still on the parchment) onto the baking sheet, no rack. Bake 10-15 minutes checking occasionally. Once the crust has cooked transfer the crust to a wire rack and place back on the baking sheet. Place the crust back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes.
Pull the crust and top with your favorite marinara (see my Simple Marinara recipe!), cheese, and toppings, bake an additional 5 minutes and dont forget the Crushed Red Peppers! We made a delicious low carb chicken crust pizza dairy free version and it was awesome!
